I have obviously been influenced by the films, but I really want to make the characters as if they’ve stepped straight out of the books.Įveryone will have imagined the people and places of Harry Potter differently, but I hope you enjoy my versions as much as I have enjoyed creating them.
If you’re thinking that my Harry sim doesn’t look like much like Daniel Radcliffe, or Ginny like Bonnie Wright, you’d be right. & one last thing… I’m a committed Potter-geek, and I read the books before I saw the films.

When loading the build it might take a while due to the immense volume of build mode items on the lot (I’m sorry). I wrote down all the rooms and corresponding floors for the build, so if anyone wants it: Just ask me! :D I was thinking of creating pictures for the floor plan but after thinking about it I decided it will be way more interesting to discover the location of all the rooms by yourself.
While building, I researched the Harry Potter Castle Wiki or looked at pictures from the movies to build and connect the rooms as accurately as possible. I have put a lot of effort, time and love into this build and I thought it might be worth sharing (I also really love Simsie so I hope she sees it lmao). I got a really good look at the castle and the grounds surrounding it and I was so inspired, I decided to build it in the Sims 4. So my family and I have been to the Harry Potter Studio Tour in London at the beginning of this year.
